Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you passionate about HR and can you look beyond the horizon? As people partner you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from our amazing group of people based in Bratislava.

Your mission:
• Employee lifecycle and Recruitment process:
Closely works with hiring managers and coaches them to use interviewing practices and make the best selections. Manages cooperation with recruitment suppliers. Manages HR processes during the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

• Partners role:
Become a trusted advisor in terms of HR matters to our open minded CEO and become a partner to our people. Try to solve people sensitive situations. Deal with ambiguity and find solutions.

• HR management and inovations:
Define and standardize HR processes. As a key part of our team participate or lead HR projects and activities supporting organizational improvements. Work on key HR activities: Performance Management| Employer Branding| Talent Aquisition| Compensation and Benefits. Identify people development areas and suggest follow-up trainings in close cooperation with managers.

• Documents|Labour Code|Reports:
Be responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, contractual changes (in cooperation with a lawyer, if necessary) and other HR documents. Keep employee´s personal files updated. Be helpful in questions regarding Labour Code or HR. Prepare HR reports such as headcount or budgets. Be ready to do monthly processing documentation for payroll. Inform and update colleagues about company internal rules.

• Office Management:
Oversee office operations in the office and ensure that our people feel well in the office. Be the manager of Frontdesk Representative.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

degree in economics, HR or psychology

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Experience in the position/sector

Experience in HR directly in HR department

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile:
• University Education: degree in economics, HR or psychology
• At least 3-year experience in HR directly in HR department
• English – B2 (upper-intermediate)
• Sound knowledge of Labour code and its practical application
• Experience with Performance management, Employer branding and Compensation is welcome
• Business experience is appreciated
• You provide absolute reliability, diligence and discretion. You are a self starter able to work without supervision, you have empathy as well as negotiation and persuation skills.
