Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Receiving, checking, and  processing investment applications
- Responding to clients’ inquiries- Calculating fees, creating and sending orders to counterparties
- Inserting and processing data into database
- Communication with investment partners
- Contact with clients, telephone, email, creating and sending official letters
- Processing reports and statistics
- Archiving documents

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

- English (B2) - both written and oral 
- Bachelor´s or university degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Banking, Insurance, Investment background is an advantage
- Pleasant, communicative, and positive personality
- Strong customer focus
- Analytical and logical thinking, accountability, focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
