Job description, responsibilities and duties

- As Accounts Receivable Specialist you will take care of the Credit and Collection activities for the Germany speaking countries to maximize cash flow, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- You will liaise with internal and external customers to resolve any deduction related issues and continuously contribute to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely collections and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable for assigned portfolio
- Credit investigations with an emphasis on Financial Statement Analysis
- Analysis and monitoring list of open balances, delayed payments, and other divergences.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve all related business matters - Act and recommend Legal Actions when appropriate

Personality requirements and skills

- High School diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Accounts Receivable experience and knowledge is required for senior positions - we also consider talented graduates with first financial experience for junior positions 
- English (B2), and German (C1), other languages will be considered a plus
- Very proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills paired with confidence
- Ability to meet deadlines and motivated self-starter
