Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava Region
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 300 EUR/month+ 20% KPI bonus
  • Start date: ASAP/by agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of position:

Responsible for the completion of defined CSO processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes and maintains customer related master data and conditions
  • Places, cancels or adjusts orders.
  • Handles requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.
  • Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Responsible for invoicing
  • Monitors and handles storage contingents according defined rules
  • Executes collections (calls), receives incoming payments
  • Handles complaints and customer requests, provides information about logistics, appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensures registration and customer communication according standards.
  • Manage Quotes & Contracting- Prepares and terminates standard contracts, maintains and evaluates all relevant contracts
  • Processes and tracks various customer requests and contracts fulfilments.
  • Supports marketing activities to current customers

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

  • Secondary education, preferably in Business Administration or similar
  • Hungarian language – near-native/ native (C1-C2)
  • English language – fluent (B2-C1)
  • Slovak language – communicative level
  • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Eager to support automatic processes
