Controlling Specialist EN + HU language

  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 800 - 2 200 EUR/month+ 20% KPI targets yearly bonus

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of position:

The position holder shall support management with all necessary information throughout the decision making process, in order to secure quality management decisions in time. Moreover, Expert Controller shall help to ensure the coordination, the reaction and the anticipation capacity of the management and thus support the reaching of capital-, personnel- and environmental targets set by company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing of month end closing and yearly closing process. Advising all departments involved in month end closing process, provides advanced expertise in month end closing process, decides independently about closing relevant issues
  • Monitoring, analysis and interpretation of  monthly operating results against budget in timely and accurate manner, compiling comments on company results
  • Managing of planning process, coordination and consolidation of the strategy plans and mid-term plans for the company in accordance with company goals and strategic assumptions. Managing of Business unit, Profit centre and Cost centre plans on company level. Establishing planning schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data in the planning process. Provides advanced expertise in planning process, decides independently about planning relevant issues on local level
  • Continuous innovation, development and optimization of the reporting systems especially regarding efficient data handling and according to the requirements of central controlling department
  • Co-operation and providing of relevant data to the company auditor
  • Maintenance of  Controlling relevant master data in company information systems (especially SAP), management and supervision of all controlling relevant processes within the information systems (especially SAP CO)
  • Ensure compliance of controlling reporting system with guidelines and standards in the respective area of responsibility
  • Participation in local and international controlling  and projects, provides advanced expertise and innovation skills in such projects.
