Back office specialist with Spanish and English and/or French language

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Documentation of all contacts (customer/supplier) that requires escalation
• Perform delivery follow up services for contracted sites
• Dealing with customer’s orders – request for quote (RFQ)
• Administration of supplier responses for RFQ
• Daily contact with suppliers for providing information of delivery, tracking information or invoice
• Support the Proactive Supplier Contact Process
• Generation of department’s pareto charts
• Effort for system and process improvement
• Review of all department procedures and documents to ensure they are up-todate
• Act as a support for manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) a English - Upper intermediate (B2) a French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - advanced
