Job description, responsibilities and duties

JOB MISSION

The position holder is responsible to support the OPERATIONAL TRANSFER PRICING for the pricing of goods as well as the preparation of OECD compliant local file TP documentations for the group on a global level. The position holder acts as interface for operational TP related questions between the group legal entities and the headquarter transfer pricing department.
Geographical Scope: GLOBAL

PRIMARY ROLE & JOB ESSENTIALS
• TP operations: Determination, monitoring and maintenance of transfer prices for inter-company transactions with goods.
• TP documentation: Support and preparation of local TP documentations for all legal entities as legally required.
• TP support in tax and Transfer Pricing audits to defend the company’s tax position.
• TP support in business reorganisation projects, e.g. customer transfers and advise on the invoice model setup / TP related topics.
• Facilitate the conclusion of inter-company agreements between transaction partners and review whether inter-company agreements are required
• Regularly review the business model and ensure invoicing model follows the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Guideline.
• Act as valued business partner within the group's organisation for TP operations related topics and questions.

BUSINESS ADDED VALUE of the position:
• The position holder is required to support a tax compliant TP setting for the exchange of goods between group companies in close alignment with the global TP team.
• The position holder maintains transfer prices for goods transactions between related parties applying a respective TP Management Tool.
• The position holder supports the regular monitoring that the legal entity results do meet the arm’s length standard and proposes suitable measures in case of deviations.
• The function supports coordination of TP relevant tasks with the local tax functions in the legal entities.
• Supporting the fulfilment of legal TP documentation requirements of the group entities globally.
• Ensuring efficient operational TP setting and steering.
• Supporting tax efficient setting of TP’s and defending of the groups tax position in TP audits.

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree graduate, major in economics/finance/accounting/tax
• At least 3 years solid and relevant transfer price experience in an international environment – either with Big 4 accounting firm in transfer pricing or comparable work experience in industry. 
• Strong business insights and business partnering competencies
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Work independently with good time management and task organising skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
