For our division of top professional tools we are looking for an CRM master. Someone who has enough knowledge to work independently and is able to manage her/his work based on assigned tasks or agenda. B2B experience is an advantage but not a must.
We are great team of professionals that will always happily support you. We will provide you the professional equipment and the forefront CRM system Salesforce. If you are interested in the field of technology, you have the energy, sense of humor and you can score the goals, please read on.
What will be your daily job:
- Be an ambassador of the CRM system within our Customer Center (Eastern Europe)
- Regular check on system behavior, reporting bugs, interaction with ERP system (SAP)
- Regular check on data quality, data cleansing and corrections to maximize the marketing data usage (regular check of the MDM team work)
- Leads management
- Customer survey project
- We will launch new CRM system in 2023 – Salesforce. So it will be your main task for this year.
- Reporting – prepare CRM and PowerBI reports
- Train the newcomers and retrain our people
