Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support execution of the performance review process within the organization
• Develop and implement training and development (T&D) conception, incl. the T&D policy
• In line with identified competency gaps annually prepare a complex T&D plan & schedule
• Organize T&D activities in cooperation with identified partners and in line with the training plan
• Track, keep record and report all trainings done within the organization
• Prepare and regularly update database of trainings for all positions in the org. structure
• Coach, lead, mentor and support managers and employees on T&D topics and issues
• Participate on global T&D projects & programs roll out in the organization
• Support managers in induction and adaptation process of newcomers
• Act as internal trainer for internal trainings
• Develop cooperation with universities and schools in the assigned area
• Actively cooperate with external partners in the area of Health and Safety and ensure the agenda is covered in line with local legislative requirements as well as internal standards
