Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Account Manager role is varied with opportunity to grow and develop within a truly global organization.

This role is responsible of repetitive Sales admin tasks such as client relationship, pricing and proposal management, revenue acceleration, contracting support and order hand-off to Post-Sale delivery teams; Supporting DXC (HPE) Internal network and HPE end clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Account Manager is responsible of repetitive Sales admin tasks such as client relationship, pricing and proposal management, revenue acceleration, contracting support and order hand-off to Post-Sale delivery teams.

In this role you will be responsible of lifecycle opportunities submitted by DXC Project Managers to GeCEP tool and you will be the first point of contact for customer to resolve their complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management and Project Management Office.

You will also be in direct contact with regional Sales Teams to help them with high volume - low revenue lifecycle transactions and internal admin allowing them spend more time on strategic relationships and sell complex solutions.

In this role it is also critical to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.

It is a customer facing role; Also Includes Post contract Order preparation and data gathering for Ordering and Service Delivery teams.

The Account Manager is overall responsible of opportunities closure driven by revenue generation.

Education and Qualifications:

University degree
or previous exposure to sales & customer service environment in telecom/IT industry

Additional Information:

This position will be based in AT&T Aupark Office.

It is a Maternity Backfill for 1 year term, working EMEA Business Hours.

Salary from 1916 € brutto per month PLUS 20% sales bonus, based on performance.
