Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Manager. The customer support manager takes full responsibility of the Asseco CEIT remote support for clients in operations. With his team he is the first point of entry for client support issues, is aiming to resolve client issues with his team remotely and if not possible working in coordination with field delivery on field dispatch to resolve the problems on-site.
Job requirements
Based on the scope of the activities, the Customer Support Manager needs to have following skills and capabilities:
- strong industry experience (production, logistics)
- strong English skills
- highly oriented towards customer experience and customer satisfaction
- strong experience in customer support processes including supporting systems (ticketing systems)
- ability to operate with the team under time pressure and understanding of mission critical solutions, their importance to clients and the ability to trouble-shoot (root-cause analysis, error resolutions) efficiently

- The ability to make considered decisions and to communicate them effectively
- Must have excellent technical skills
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be problem solver and well organized
- Must have managerial experience in leading and managing a team in a similar position
- Must have fluent English (communication with a foreign client)
