Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a new full-time colleague to strengthen our client reception team.
Office Manager provides so-called front of house administrative support; is usually the first contact when communicating with external clients and other companies.

As a Office Manager you will be required to:

- welcome all our visitors and clients and direct them appropriately,
- notify company personnel of visitor arrival,
- offer the visitors and clients some refreshment,
- answer all enquiries in person, by phone and via email as required, in both Slovak and English,
- provide or send out required information,
- communicate with external and internal clients and suppliers in both Slovak and English,
- deal with mail, couriers, notaries, taxi service providers,
- maintain safe, clean and functional reception area and meeting rooms by complying with procedures and rules,
- maintain continuity of work by documenting and communicating all details, actions, irregularities, and continuing needs,
- actively contribute to team effort and team cooperation by accomplishing related results as needed,
- cooperate with our other support departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing.

Prehlasujem, že mnou poskytnuté osobné údaje sú pravdivé.”
Tento súhlas so spracovaním mojich osobných údajov je možné kedykoľvek odvolať.
