  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 150 EUR/monthThe final offered salary package will depend on candidate's previous experiences.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is suitable for graduants and also for junior talents with experiences who would like to expand their expertise in dynamic growing area of HR for Arval Regional Center.
Your key responsibilities will:
 Supporting team of HR Specialists with the daily agenda
 Full circle of onboarding and off-boarding of the employees /systems administrations,
documentation, archiving
 Data actualization in internal platforms
 Management of supplier invoices within HR department
 Reviewing and reporting on benefit platforms
 Regular reporting of HR KPIs
 Personal and Electronic Employees File Management
