Job description, responsibilities and duties

By joining our team, you could help project leaders and RPA developers transform ARC organization and accelerate mission execution.
As a successful candidate, you will be an active part of the Business Transformation team in Arval Regional Center.
The vision and plans are to document and harmonize processes in various departments as Finance, Customer Service and Operations. You will become a team member of dedicated department, which drives the RPA implementation and Business projects implementations for the whole Regional Center and entities within Europe.
This position reports directly to Business Transformation Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Map and analyze the business processes, procedures, organization structure, etc. in order to support process harmonization
• Create functional specifications for new systems which solve the given business problems.
• Solve operational and business process problems and refine the business model.
• Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically enable business, product, and data analytics teams to define and deliver solutions
• Gather business requirements from identified project stakeholders identifying potential solutions to the problems posed by the business needs and requirements.
• Translate the business requirements into functional requirements.
• Change management upon need and request, optimizing of existing solutions
• Foster of continuous process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality through workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute to building Centre of Excellence and be part of a digital transformation.
