Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this dynamic position, you will be supporting General manager with the administrative agenda. Also you will be responsible for coordination of marketing activities with support of external marketing agency.
The environment of our Regional Center can provide you with lots of possibilities to grow into the position. You will be encouraged to improve the existing processes and set the new standards for this role.

• Providing administrative support for all the members of Executive Committee but mainly to General Manager
• Co-ordinate the schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements
• Participate in assigned meetings – creating and distributing meeting minutes
• Actively communicating with assigned contacts from serviced countries to ensure that the visits are time efficient and productive
• Greet clients and visitors of the executive office from head-office and all serviced countries, take care of their requests
• Plan organize and co-ordinate the special or social functions related to GM’s agenda - /dinner, hotel bookings, transportation, etc./
• Assisting with the preparation of business presentations including presentations, texts, graphic features, etc.
• Responsible for all formal and official written communication – letters, emails, memos, mass information messages
• Close cooperation with the Management of all serviced countries within Arval Regional Center
• Active participation in the creation of communication ideas and strategies in cooperation with management and an external marketing company
• Coordinating the marketing activities and communication in cooperation with external partner
• Managing the content and design of company social network (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram..)
• Planning and coordinating digital campaign based on the approved strategy
