Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an oppurtunity to join the groving team of Vehicle Logicistic and End of Contract / Re-marketing. You will be supporting the DACH region so the knowledge of GERMAN language is essential skill as this will be your main communication language.
Your main responsibilities will includes:
• Support in logistic - Transfers, new vehicles, returns
• Clarification of process disruptions
• Runtime control of the process phases in logistics
• Monitoring of processes and service agreements (SLA)
• Communication with suppliers
• Document archiving and sending of reports
• Log checking and recording in the system
• Approval requests for transport damage from specialist departments and release of repairs
• Support in the creation of charges and individual invoices to the customer
• Interface between the corporate areas of purchasing, account management and the external logistics providers
• Participation in the End of Contract activities (inspection, damages, settlement, de-hire) and Remarketing activities (sales invoices, payments check, residual value preparation based on define procedures
• Communication with internal / external clients
