Budete zodpovedať za:

objednavanie, preberanie, uskladnenie, vybalovanie z krabic, vydavanie IT Hardware (PC, monitory, klavesnice, mysy, pevne linky, kable, AV technika, dockovacie stanice, kensingtony, headsety a ine prislusenstvo)
evidencia IT Hardware, priprava preberacich protokolov,
komunikacia s dodavatelmi/zamestnancami
zapajanie/odpajanie/presun pracovnych stanic
oprava cable management
priebezne upratovanie IT skladov
vymienanie tonerov a odpadovych nadob v tlaciarniach
likvidacia poskodenej IT techniky,
kontrola funkcnosti A/V techniky v zasadackach
praca v serverovni
tvorba uzivatelskych manualov
podpora zamestnancov pri priprave techniky na stretnutia (all staff, country days atd.)
prieskum cien tovarov/sluzieb pre nakupne oddelenie
