Job description, responsibilities and duties

You would become a part of team servicing various entities of Arval within Europe. This team is in charge of processing and validation of invoices related to service, maintenance and repair of Arval car fleet.

  • Validation & processing of suppliers’ invoices / in our internal SW systems
  • Allocation of invoices to respective repair, maintenance, damage, etc.
  • Processing of JIRA request in timely manner /ticketing and data dashborad platform/
  • Responsibility for archiving documentation
  • Working instruction preparation and participation on procedures preparation
  • Documents preparation for internal controls and follow up
