Data Quality, Integrity and Protection Analyst


Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava, Slovak Republic (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 800 EUR/monthThe final offer will depend on candidate´s previous experiences and qualification
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main objective in this role will be:

  • to make all data integrity, quality & protection initiatives converging to the ultimate goal which is “Making Data Great for Higher Value Contribution”
  • you will be at the heart of the continuous Data improvement process while being the 1st line of defense stakeholder for personal data protection. You are the key contributor to the value chain around data from Sales, Service Delivery
  • you will be a partner of Legal, Risk, IT and Compliance stakeholders
  • you will become a “referent” into the organization, knowing well systems and processes for several countries from Middle Europe. You will be ready to takeover wider responsibilities within your entity either at functional or operational levels, or at corporate level. You will be entitled to travel to supported countries

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support for countries in CEE Region (travel)
  • Ensure compliance with the GDPR legislation, Group and Corporate personal data protection procedures
  • Be 1st line of defense stakeholder for personal data protection
  • Ensure day to day Data Protection Management Activity
  • Implement various GDPR projects and global framework for managing data quality and integrity while ensuring data Protection
  • Contribute to regular and ad hoc reporting of data completeness and improvement of quality improvement
  • Implement and/or execute controls to ensure the proper functioning of the Global Data Framework
  • Coordinate and participate in permanent data protection, data quality and integrity controls
    Data subject request management, management of data breach process
  • Organize and provide appropriate training on GDPR and global framework for managing data quality and integrity to employees, notably newcomers
  • Organize the Data Protection Committee and any other respective committees held in local countries
  • Improve in legal knowledge in different legal environments in CEE Region
  • Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data within the organization
  • Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
  • Perform further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
  • Identify patterns and trends in data sets
  • Define new data collection and analysis processes
  • Perform final analysis to provide additional data screening
  • Prepare reports based on analysis and presenting to management

  • English language is a must – C1, other languages from CE region is an advantage
