Job description, responsibilities and duties

Join the regional team of Business controlling, which serves five Arval entities in Central European region. The team supports colleagues from Account and Business Development department, with complex analytical and reporting tasks related to the car fleet performance and KPIs. This team also cooperates with the team of Financial Controllers and is partially involved in monthly closing reporting.
You will sharpen your skills in Excel, learn and develop your analytical skills and support the Sales and Account team with the reporting and reviewing the car fleet performance.
In the position your key responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare customer reports (fleet reviews, ad hoc reports) and discuss them with the Account Manager to be able to prepare customer tailored solution
  • Keen to develop new reporting and improve internal customer KPI’s management
  • Support of Finance controlling team - preparation of monthly activity indicators
  • Responsible to prepare supplier and operational dashboards and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company rules and guidelines
  • Responsible for complaint management, preparation of complaint reports
  • Prepare supplier analyses and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement
