Job description, responsibilities and duties

Driver Desk is a unique service providing the drivers of our car fleet with customer support and assistance on top of that, supporting the local entities with various back office tasks and activities.
As a Driver Desk Operator:
• You will be part of the international driver contact centre whose purpose is to deliver a high level of satisfaction to our drivers by providing a rapid and reliable service for their everyday mobility needs.
• You will be the first point of contact for all driver contact. Key activities include:
• ensuring and managing routine and exceptional maintenance operations
• checking agreed delivery time with car dealer and record changes into system and inform driver and client
• Daily communication with car importers, colleagues from local entities and Account managers
• supporting drivers in the process of accident declaration
• managing appointments with drivers for new vehicle deliveries
• management of post event driver surveys including follow up of feedback
• Informing drivers about regular technical checks and seasonal tyre changing
• Management of various driver’s requests linked to usage of the vehicle
