Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Cooperating in the creation and implementation of HR processes, standards and projects in retail stores throughout republic
• Overseeing and cooperating in setup of complex employee care processes (selections, AC/DC, onboarding, training, development planning, exit interviews)
• Setting up and implementing employee selection processes (feedback, shadowing, adaptation)
• Monitoring key HR indicators
• Ensuring and covering uniform communication, interpretation and implementation of HR processes
• Participating in the creation and implementation of the training process
• Having co-responsibility for increasing the engagement of store employees
• Cooperating in active employee branding
• Analyzing customer experience reports, designing solutions for improvement and implementing them in practice
• Evaluating HR processes and proposing their optimization
• Administering the internal HR system
• Reporting to the HR Director

Our client is an international retail company; the position will be located in Bratislava, and requires travelling approximately 3 days a week throughout the country.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of retail
• Good knowledge of retail environment
• Very good knowledge of the Labor Code and relevant legislation
• Experience with the organization of Assessment centers/Development centers is a great advantage
• Driving license B
• Willingness to travel often and undertake multi-day business trips to stores throughout the country
• Good training and coaching skills (courses, certifications in the given field are welcome)
• Ability to set priorities and plan time
• Independence, responsibility
• Positive attitude towards retail business
• Pro-customer approach
