Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing recruitment, employee development, performance and talent management and other core HR processes
• Planning and managing HR budget and costs, including benefits program
• Managing relations with employees, supporting positive and open working environment
• Planning, implementing and reporting HR KPIs
• Implementing global HR projects and initiatives
• Leading the HR Team
• Providing support and consultancy to leaders as regards HR issues
• Reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience on a position of HR Manager or similar role in manufacturing environment
• Automotive experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools
• Understanding of the labor market and its trends
• Very good knowledge of Labor Code and related legislation
• Fluent knowledge of Slovak/Czech language
• Fluent knowledge or English language
• Knowledge of German language is welcome
• Strong leader
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate messages and engage colleagues
• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Ability to work under stress
• Loyal, independent, reliable
