  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 4 000 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being responsible for management of all HR issues
- Developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures across the plant
- Ensuring full commitment to the Group policy, legal and customer requirements
- Providing support for training, team development, planning, recruitment, communications and discipline and complaints
- Being responsible for standardization of HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment where possible
- Monitoring key performance measures (BOS) against agreed standards and detailing these as part of a monthly review
- Developing new HR initiatives to support the business strategy
- Advising and supporting senior management and line managers in the effective implementation of the best HR practices
- Developing and sustaining a company-wide, best practices, integrated business system (IATF 16949)
- Working with the senior management team on key organizational and development issues
- Reviewing, developing and implementing policies and procedures for the recruitment, selection, induction and retention of staff
- Facilitating and monitoring the staff appraisal system, keeping it under review and making recommendations for change in line with best practice
- Monitoring and taking responsibility for follow up of HSE legislation related and the corporate internal requirements at the plant level
- Consulting with the Trade Unions
- Ensuring adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Providing assistance and support to other managers
- Carrying out disciplinary activities
- Reporting to the Plant Manager

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

- Previous experience on a similar position in a manufacturing environment (minimally 5 years)
- Experience with the core HR processes such as staffing, training and people development remuneration and performance management
- Very good knowledge of Labor Law and related norms
- Experience with HR planning and budgeting
- Good overview of the labor market
- Fully conversant with automotive quality tools
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental), OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety
- Fluency in English language
- Proven leadership and management skills within a challenging environment
- Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
- Very good organizational and communicational skills
- Hands-on and operational mentality
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong motivator
- Self-starting
- Having an enthusiastic approach
