  • Place of work: Remote work
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 4 000 EUR/month+ company car. The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being responsible for development of business activities on the Austrian market
- Cooperating on establishment of a representative office in Austria, setting up sales and logistics processes
- Cooperating and coordinating activities with the team in Slovakia
- Being responsible for recruiting and training of a new team
- Regular reporting to the company's headquarters

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

German - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

- Experience with development of business opportunities on the Austrian market
- Proven track record in business development
- Experience with team building and management
- Understanding financial flows and company operation processes
- Previous experience in a foreign company with a matrix structure and reporting to a foreign headquarters is preferred
- Slovak as a native language
- Active knowledge of Austrian German (ability to conduct business negotiations)
- Active knowledge of English (internal communication in the company)
- Good strategic and analytical skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Professional behavior
- Team player, willing to cooperate, empathetic to his colleagues
- "Hands-on" approach
