  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 500 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Actively participating at preparation of annual marketing plans
• Being responsible for product strategy definition and portfolio management
• Managing new product development projects and preparing launch of new products on the market
• Ensuring the most effective marketing budget implementation
• Evaluating and reporting marketing campaign results
• Monitoring and being co-responsible for profitability P/L of individual products
• Observing market trends, developing segmentation of users and target groups
• Elaborating product and market development presentations for the sales force meetings, including preparation of POS and education materials
• Planning participation in professional events - annual plan, preparing presentations and execution
• Communicating and cooperating with media, creative and PR agencies
• Reporting directly to the General Manager

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimally 4-5 years of proven knowledge and operational experience within the product and brand consumer marketing management in the area of Consumer Health Care or FMCG (examples of marketing achievements are welcome)
• Previous working experience in an international/corporate company
• Advanced experience with brand / product management, social communication strategy implementation, TV and digital marketing
• Very good knowledge of consumer and cross-channel marketing
• Experience with market data analyses
• Ability to manage a small team
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of French language can be an advantage, but not a limit
