  • Place of work: Bratislava region (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 500 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
  • Start date: Upon agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being responsible for overall management of sales activities in the assigned area (large industrial customers)
• Developing and implementing sales strategy, setting up KPIs
• Ensuring growth within given sales channel
• Identifying target companies, defining customer needs of existing and potential clients
• Customizing product portfolio based on customers´ requirements
• Actively and daily communicating with clients, providing customer service, including technical support, within short- / long-term sales projects
• Leading the Sales Team, delivering its integration / restart

• University education
• Minimally 5 years of experience with sales of technical products / equipment / vehicles
• Proven experience with direct sales is must!
• Proven professional track record in key account management
• Sales project management skills
• Experience with sales team leadership
• Active knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Systematic, goal-oriented and pro-client approach
• Dynamic personality
• Ability to motivate its team
• Flexibility, open to travel
