  • Place of work: Trnava Region
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 000 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing all HR agenda in the organization, providing support and consultancy in the area of HR
• HR Business Partnering for the key departments
• Defining and implementing the HR strategy and policies
• Implementing new ideas and initiatives
• Planning and managing the workforce and the HR budget
• Managing trainings and development, developing talents
• Being responsible for recruitment of managerial and other specialist positions
• Managing compensation and benefits
• Coordinating activities related to safety and fire protection
• Working with HR systems - Success Factor and EC (Employee Central)
• Regular visiting of stores around Slovakia
• Supporting the Sales Teams
• Reporting to the Managing Director and to the company headquarters

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience on a position of an HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner in a sales company engaged in sales of technical products
• Experience with management of all HR core processes, such as recruitment, trainings, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits
• Very good understanding of the Labor Code and related legislation
• Active knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Hungarian language is an advantage
• Advanced PC user (MS Office), experience with Success Factor is welcome
• Willingness to travel
