  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 800 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing all activities related to equipment and building maintenance
• Preparing and implementing maintenance plans
• Evaluating efficiency of maintenance processes, proposing upgrades, corrective measures
• Leading, coaching and developing the Maintenance Team
• Selecting suppliers in the field of maintenance and controlling delivered services
• Ensuring compliance with company internal rules and procedures, health and safety, fire protection and environment legislative requirements
• Being responsible for maintenance documentation
• Managing the department budget and KPIs
• Managing assigned projects
• Preparing analyzes and reports

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• Secondary School or University degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good technical knowledge, understanding of maintenance management processes and tools
• Solid overview of quality, health and safety and fire protection norms and standards
• Previous experience with leading teams
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods
• English language at communication level
• PC user (MS Office)
