  • Place of work: Abroad - Others (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 5 000 EUR/monthThe final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority plus company car.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Utilizing sales and technical know-how and developing and deploying sales tactics to provide growth of the sales volume of the Instrumentation, Wireless and Valve portfolio within the assigned region of the Central and Eastern Europe (approximately 13 countries)
• Being based in the Bratislava office or working on a remote basis from any of the countries from the assigned region
• Building key client relationships
• Being part of an international Sales Team driven to provide the best sales offers and services for the customers
• Working closely together with OEM partners, system integrators as well as different Sales Teams within the Group
• Analyzing market trends, assessing future needs relative to sales, staffing and development
• Managing and developing the sales partners networks in the assigned region
• Promoting the complete offer portfolio
• Facilitating technical assistance and production trainings
• Reporting to the Sales Manager Central and Eastern Europe

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Having several years of experience in selling complex solutions in Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage
• Profound technical knowledge in Process and Control Instrumentation as well as the Valves market
• Experience with industrial process applications and channel partner management
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of at least one of the local languages (Slovak, Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Serbian, Croatian....)
• Strong customer and business development focus
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Independent
• Team player, ability to cope with an international environment
• Readiness for new challenges
• Ability to bring and implement own ideas
• Questioning status quo
• Thinking outside-the-box
• Flexibility to travel frequently within the Eastern European countries
