Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Accounting and finance management:
• accounting, closing and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements)
• analytical reviews and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L statements
• revenue recognition, inventories, fixed assets, AP/AR topics, provisions & accruals
• process accounts payable invoices
• interact with other different internal teams and external vendors for process-related matters
• ensure invoices are processed and uploaded into internal or client systems on time
• provide support within a global finance team.

Payroll management for Arcondis Slovakia:
• run payroll operations insisting on the highest standards and with the highest controllership
• ensuring that payroll complies with internal policies and local legislations at all times
• provide payroll accounting support
• act as the Subject Matter Expert for HR stakeholders.

• Experience in the activities defined above in the job description

• Attention to detail.

Nice to have:
• Special licenses or certification in Accounting and Payroll field
• Knowledge of international accounting standards
• Fluent German language skills.
