Business Analyst (Content Migration)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your activities will include the following:
- Understand the business, business processes, and business needs and consult the Product Owners (ideally in the area of Commercial area)
- Information architecture skills and SharePoint expertise
- Migration of existing content between websites and SharePoints
- Requirements engineering and documentation as User Stories
- Administrative tasks, e.g. creation of documentation, presentation materials, scheduling of meetings, creating power points slides
- Support Product Owner in the coordination of the different teams involved

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, life science or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of practical experience in working as a Business Analyst, ideally in international, distributed teams
- SharePoint expertise
- Experience in using agile tools and working in an agile project management approach
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Proactivity, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Willingness to learn
