  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 500 EUR/monthThe final salary will depend on your skills and experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

1. Support recruitment and hiring process for new employees e.g.:
o Responsible for E2E on-boarding proces

2. Knowledge of HR management practices and related tasks e.g.:
o Provide guidance and advice on HR topics
o Preparation of employment agreements and further HR documents and policies
o Ensure effective communication with our external HR-services partner as well as with our global HR department
o Help to mitigate and solve HR related risks and issues in alignment with global policies

3. Help to manage training and development initiatives

4. Manage organizational and company culture e.g.:
o Planning and execution of company events

5. Help to create a safe and inclusive work environment

6. Facility management, e.g.:
o Communication and alignments with the facility owner as required
o Provision of appropriate equipment and amenities
o Compliance to all OH&S requirements
o Ensuring premises are kept secure

7. Oversee and manage employee benefits

8. Support operational tasks, e.g.:
o Creation of reports and documents for the leadership
o Local marketing activities
o Organisation and scheduling of meetings and appointments
o Visitor welcoming and management
o Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping

• Min. 2 years' experience in HR Admin or office/general management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English – C1 (fluent German is a big plus)
