Job description, responsibilities and duties

Anritsu is searching for a person with Field Sales background and equipment industry experience, who will play tactical and strategic part in the CEE region (from Baltics in the North down to Greece and from Balkans on the East to Switzerland on the West). In this position, you will perform a crucial role in Anritsu’s success within the highly competitive Test and Measurement market, by managing and developing our indirect sales channels in Central Eastern Europe.

The main goal is to expand our CEE footprint not only in indirect sales but also via direct penetration into selected KAs. The tactical aspect of the role includes managing existing partner network (up to 20 distributors) already working in the territory and implementing business development plan driving a substantial business growth in the region from the long-term perspective with some key direct accounts.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
· Manage and develop the distributor partner business in parts of EMEA. Built up new channels based on the market segmentation. (Operators and Installers, Automotive, Education and Research, ….)
· Ensure that partners have the required technical level to sell and promote Anritsu products.
· Arrange sales support and training to partners.
· Assist sales channels on tenders and key projects.
· Manage and co-ordinate activities of technical support team.
· Manage, change and set up new sales channels.
· Negotiate legal agreements in line with company guidelines.
· Setting sales and marketing strategies for the region.
· Monthly reporting, Forecasting and Business planning.
· Travel frequently approx. 50% to sales partners throughout the EMEA region.

- Appropriate technical qualification in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering
- Experience in Test & Measurement or related equipment industry
- Field Sales Experience + background in managing and building distribution channels
- Commercial Acumen
- English is a must & any other European language is a plus
- Healthy competitive team player with high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate and present information at all levels
- Creativity and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to develop relationships at multi levels
- Willingness to travel within the territory and rest of Europe (appx. 50%)
- Available to travel to Japan or USA if required
