Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a dynamic, open-minded, and flexible professional to take over diverse and complex technical recruitment activities within global ICT company with complex operational structure across the whole EMEA region.

As a technical recruitment specialist, you will have the competence to set recruitment strategies both regional and individual while closely cooperating with hiring managers throughout the organization covering all types of Hi-tech / IT / Engineering vacancies by leading the recruitment processes and thus actively contribute to the future of the company.

This is a very independent role that offers space for own initiative, flexibility to execute the overall workload according to one’s high standards on quality delivery and effective use of organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

This role is suitable for an independent & curious self-starter who likes to know bits and pieces of everything and with affinity to telco and IT field. This person is a part of our international HR team that cooperates actively on the technical recruitment process and provides help and support for speedy and successful hires. Occasional travel is a great addition to the workload allowing for getting to know colleagues from within the region and experience our true international company culture.

• Min. 3y of previous successful technical recruitment experience (preferably from an international environment);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Independent & curious self-starter with affinity to technology
• Open-minded, assertive & flexible personality;
• Good command of behavioral and/or other interviewing techniques;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
