Job description, responsibilities and duties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administration of all Global Compensation & Benefits Programs
  • Administration and support in the execution of compensation policies in remuneration, incentive plans, health & welfare benefits
  • Administrate & assist in preparing global incentive plans
  • HR Analytics 
  • Administration of group wide reporting concepts and HR KPI’s 


  • Commercial college 
  • Excellent English language skills written and spoken


Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in compensations and administration
  • Knowledge of systems, compensation, benefits, compliance
  • Strong excel know-how
  • SAP Successfactors experience as an advantage 


  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and problem solving oriented mind-set
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ownership for performance – A person that holds true to their promises, ability to identify one’s own problems and takes responsibility for their own actions
