Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Manufacturing Software Sales Representative to be based in Bratislava, Slovakia or working remotely. You will be responsible for driving new business sales of ZOOMFAB cloud-based software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new customers. You will be providing support to the existing ZOOMFAB’s reseller network.

ZOOMFAB provides manufacturing software solutions internationally, which currently include ZOOMFAB Productivity Management Software, and soon to be released ZOOMFAB Express Estimator, price estimating software. Both products are addressing the needs of manufacturers specialized in made-to-order (job shop) sheet metal fabrication.

ZOOMFAB subscription-based software is profitable, easy to implement, maintain and upgrade. It has a well-qualified team of personnel providing development, implementation and after-sale support. The current customer base indicates that the software is suitable for businesses of any size as customers range from large automotive components suppliers like Italy’s OMR (www.omrspa.com), leading multinationals like EATON (http://www.eatonelektrotechnika.cz) and KELVION (www.kelvion.com), to medium size companies like ARCOBALENO (www.arcobalenolamiere.com), GMB (www.gmb-lavorazione-lamiere.com), J.M.KAPA (www.jmkapa.cz) or METALTEX (metaltex.com.au).


Your responsibilities:

Drive sales and marketing efforts
Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan and opportunity pipeline
Look after and expand ZOOMFAB’s reseller network
Maintain and drive weekly sales activity
Take care of PR and overall ZOOMFAB product marketing
Organise online webinars
Quickly qualify opportunities for each new prospect
Develop strong knowledge of ZOOMFAB’s Products & Services and the manufacturing marketplace.


You will need to:

Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be a great team player.
Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously.
Be experienced in selling and marketing software products.
Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
Strong follow-up skills
Ability to travel 10 – 20% of the time and flexibility in work schedule
Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with business owners, executives and managers at the operations level.
Speak and write with competence in English.
Implement and follow successful sales processes.
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.


Experience in following would be an advantage:

Selling in Industrial or manufacturing marketplace
Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as:
MRP, ERP, MES, Accounting, Budgeting, Asset Management, Productivity Management, Engineering, BOM, Price Estimating, Sales Order Processing, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling and Job Costing.
Contacts within the manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline
Education with completed BA/BS Degree or proven industry experience and ERP application sales and implementation
Ability to communicate with, and being able to present the product to, all levels within a manufacturing environment.
Additional language would be an advantage.
