  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 3 000 EUR/monthThe final remuneration for the candidate will take into account experience, skills, and length of experience in the respective role.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Self-managing your own personal admin.
• Maturity in judgment when delivering your workload to a high standard on time.
• Peer-to-peer support including collaboration and transfer of skill and knowledge.
• Determination to deliver, quantify and communicate change.
• Communicating benefits of all types, clearly and concisely to all levels of the firm.
• Actively participating in and supporting the development of continuous improvement collateral.
• Supporting projects of all sizes.
• Ensuring self-capability and relevant certification are sustained and developed.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Beginner (A1)

Personality requirements and skills

Green belt certified - The role holder is a certified Green Belt (at minimum) and has proven experience in the use of continuous improvement & business transformation methodologies.
Change Experience - The role holder has proven experience in successfully delivering and supporting the delivery of sustainable and measurable change, at both a local and global scale.
Technology Literate - The role holder is competent in the relevant software utilized by, but not limited to, the Continuous Improvement team.
Language – The role holder is fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of working across cultural boundaries. The ability to listen, clarify and share information easily is essential.
Building relationships – The role holder is always professional in their approach to all tasks, with the innate ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the firm.
Teamwork - The role holder will have an ethos centered around teamwork and will seamlessly and successfully integrate into this fast-paced and agile team.
