  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/month

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Digital Marketing
• Contribute to the implementation of omnichannel ecosystem in Slovak affiliate
• Participate in the global projects, drive collection of digital data
• Work with the Data from various sources and create the complex marketing and sales analyses
• Prepare the ad-hoc analysis & reports
• Support the local teams in developing and localizing marketing campaigns
• Analyze the campaigns and recommends the improvement of their performance
• Exchange the best practices and experience with other countries
• Create Newsletters and Marketing Journeys
• Independently overlook the creation of digital projects
• Support and drive the usage of the corporate digital tools such as MS Teams, Sharepoint, Miro, MS Office, etc.
• Manage and support virtual webinars with external customers technically (via Webex/MS Teams)

CRM System
• Update, create and maintain data in Veeva CRM System
• Ensure that reporting needs are met
• Provide ongoing technical support and general training to the system users
• Provide timely data to internal customers (Marketing Manager, DMs, BUMs)
• Coordinate, implement and communicate enhancements to the CRM tool and plan future development of CRM and sales analysis systems
• Provide first-line system user support
• Prepare cycle plans for all business departments (Targeting, Product Metrics) and final analysis for Marketing Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

• Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Marketing or Information Technology area is preferred

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
