We are looking for motivated New Accounts Managers (m/f/d) to strengthen our Inhouse Sales Team. Your task is to inspire and convince both online and stationary retailers for our Amazon Marketplace. This position is located in Bratislava.

Your challenges:
- Manage, prioritize and contact potential Selling Partners for our Amazon marketplaces.
- Engage with Selling Partners and offer the appropriate Amazon services to support their online sales.
- Work in close cooperation with our Account Management Team to smoothly integrate & onboard new Selling Partners
- Utilize CRM Tools such as Salesforce.com to track pertinent account information

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1600 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a RSU scheme operated by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree and/or 6 months related work experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management
· Fluency in English and one additional language (German, French, Italian or Spanish). Professional fluency in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication.
· Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
· Able to work in a diverse team


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· +2 Years experience business or account management in IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, media, consulting, finance or insurance.
· Good listener and effective communicator.
· Ability to thrive and make decisions in an ambiguous environment.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
· Ability to understand new trends and work backwards from customer needs.
· Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies’ needs in a target-based environment.
· Strong data skills including Microsoft Excel.
· 3rd language is an advantage.
· SQL knowledge is an advantage.
