Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands are cost-per-click (CPC) self-serve ad programs in the Amazon Advertising world. In support to the Amazon Advertising’s business, we at Ad Success Team (AST) are building a group of energetic and highly motivated Account Specialists.

As an Account Manager you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible in helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, an Account Manager also gets the opportunity of testing internal tools, gathering & sharing insights with the internal product and engineering teams.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to be innovative and use data to support advertisers in growing their existing business and develop new business opportunities. You will carry business goals and will be measured on key metrics aligned to the sales and account management teams’ goals.

You’ll need to be technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good with data, well organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll also need to be self-motivated to get on phone calls with advertisers to explain the optimization recommendations & the paths to resolution. Your commitment to the success of our advertising customers should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on your goals.

Core responsibilities
· Taking complete ownership for a portfolio of accounts – Standard and High Value advertisers
· Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance
· Engaging with advertisers/in-country Account Manager to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program
· Leading kickoff calls with advertisers and drives discussion using a preset agenda, as and when necessary
· Flawlessly executing end-to-end ad optimization, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
· Evaluating account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients’ KPIs
· Interpreting data trends and creating keywords lists, bids and budget suggestions; gathering and reviewing data at account/campaign/industry level
· Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
· Working with Account Management, Sales & Marketing and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
· Identifying opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising’s product based on customer feedback, data reviews, and feature gaps with key products

Amazon Advertising :

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1.500 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Office 365 - advanced
Google AdWords - basic
Bing Ads - basic

Personality requirements and skills


· Bachelor degree and/or 6 months related work experience
· Fluency in English and French (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication)
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
· Able to work in a diverse team


· 2+ years experience in the online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
· Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
· Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships
· Experience with managing global clients along with owning their performance goals
· Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering results
· Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification will be added benefit
