Job description, responsibilities and duties

Would you like to do Finance?

We are creating new team to support our European Vendors. Looking for a Finance Contact Management Analyst who enjoys to manage contact with Vendors, and helping structure our rapidly growing company. We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day.

Sounds great? What will you be working on?
· Be a center point of contact for Suppliers for all their Finance queries;
· Fix issues in cooperation with Amazon Suppliers for the entities in France in order to facilitate on-time payments;
· Dive deep into the daily queries and resolve them in a timely fashion with highest focus on Vendor satisfaction;
· Cooperate with various internal departments in France and finance teams in order to ensure timely and accurate payments;

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Economics, Finance, Business or similar

Language skills

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Analytical thinking - advanced
Communication skills - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Fluent French and English
· Very good communication and analytical skills
· Positive attitude towards issue resolution and direct contact with Vendors
· Good MS Office skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Finance / Customer service background or previous experience
