Amazon Business Europe is looking for a Manager to manage a team of Team Leads and Account Representatives. This team will support existing Customers in their Amazon Business journey.


  • Hire and develop a team of high performing Account Representatives
  • Responsible for setting up the right mechanisms to achieve various targets of the team
  • Supervise the execution of weekly, and monthly targets
  • Present results and forecast in weekly and monthly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
  • Drive Customer satisfaction
  • Partner with EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas
  • Take ownership in the continued build-out and documentation of the infrastructure and processes of acquiring and onboarding Amazon Business customers
  • Identify and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 3,800+ gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

A day in the life
This role is at the center of Amazon Business EU strategy. He/she will be required to lead an international team (10+ people) responsible for supporting the growth of the business for two or three of the 5 marketplaces in which Amazon Business operates in EU (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES). He/ she will be responsible of hiring and developing talents, create the right mechanisms to lead the team to success, be the counterpart of Amazon Business in-country Leaders.

About the team
Bratislava based Amazon Business account management team is a team supporting Customers of the five different EU Amazon Business marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) in their local language. Main purpose of the team is to help Customers to make the most out of the utilization of Amazon Business account, helping them to activate features within the account to solve recurrent painpoint.


  • 5+ years of people management experience, preferably in an international environment
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with scaling organizations, hiring and growing top talent
  • Capable of developing regional territory plans and reporting on them monthly
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated fluent English and German communication skills (spoken and written)


  • Experience leading a new team
  • Experience working with executive leadership in large organizations
  • Proven ability to influence or coach others
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (i.e. and other systems
  • Experience with scaling organizations, hiring and growing top talent
  • International Management experience
  • Working knowledge of B2B procurement processes, and experience working with senior management in large organizations
  • BA/BS
