Job description, responsibilities and duties

Altamira Softworks provides industry leading tools for managing market research and clinical research projects for pharmaceutical and/or biotechnological companies along with software tools for managing Regulatory affairs. We’re looking for a mature individual with a demonstrated experience with RX brand or product management or sales focused on pharmaceutical industry.
Your potential prospect will usually be a product or brand manager of RX product(s) or Regulatory affairs specialist. We’ve used to work with companies like Boehringer Ingelheim, Sandoz, State Institute for Drug Control, Servier and many more.

We expect you to grow our sales using your networking abilities and sales skills while presenting our product portfolio to our prospects in CEE region (when talking about market research) and globally (when talking about regulatory affairs solutions).
You will work from our office, from your home or combined – it depends on how you like it and how Covid situation permits. All of our tools are fully cloud-based services, which doesn’t require any physical presence.

We can offer you monthly salary from 2.000 € (depends on your experience and requirements) and commission based on your sales performance.

Information about the selection process

Pharmaceutical representative in Altamira Softworks is responsible and accountable for meeting the sales target of selling products and services in the company’s portfolio with focus on pharmaceutical companies mostly in CEE and DACH region.

1. You need to be familiar with all of the niches of communication with specific clients in pharmaceutical segment.
2. You have several years of experience from either sales for Pharmaceutical companies or you used to work in such company directly
3. We expect you to have great communication skills and large network in pharma field.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus), enabling you to communicate and present all key inputs and outputs in the creation of project plans, information on the status and progress of projects as well as presentation of results and challenges.
5. Problem solver with business skills as well as management, budgeting, and analysis capabilities.
6. Demonstrated capability to analyse issues, identify root causes, obtain agreement on solutions and consistently supervise issue resolution.
7. Worked in agile environments and are proficient in tools such as JIRA or Trello and have a strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
8. Highly autonomous and enjoy coming up with proposals to tackle challenges.
9. Able to act successfully in a virtual, multinational environment
10. Able to prioritize multiple assignments with overlapping delivery dates.
11. You enjoy working within a changing environment and while maintaining the big picture!
12. You take pride in delivering high quality results!

7. You’ll be actively selling our products and services portfolio mostly in CEE region
