Job description, responsibilities and duties
We’re looking for a person with ambition and experience to lead the marketing activities in our law firm.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Participating in the creation and implementation of the firm’s marketing strategy including the proactive identification of business development opportunities
• Preparing pitches, proposals, capability statements, brochures and other client presentation materials in coordination with the partners and associates
• Advising on the creation of business development plans
• Supporting partners and associates on all aspects of business development and marketing activities
• Acting as a liaison for international business development activities, cooperating with partner office business development teams and ensuring that the office benefits from best practice ideas and contacts in the network
• Tracking key clients and opportunities in Slovakia. Becoming familiar with the client base and target client base
• Organizing know-how seminars and promotional events for clients. Planning and organizing client-related events and projects, sponsorship activities, seminars, training and networking events
• Organizing Firm-related events
• Working to refine the profile of the Firm as regards brand recognition and public relations issues
• General responsibility for external communication (press releases, media queries, website, etc.). Providing timely and accurate information for press releases, brochures and other internal and external communication as required
• Arranging for the drafting and creation of submissions for various legal benchmarking publications
• Leading the Firm´s social media initiatives / Developing social media campaigns
• Updating information on the Firm’s website and LinkedIn profile
• Maintaining marketing databases and client lists
• Monitoring public tenders
• Managing student campaigns and Job Fair activities
