  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 300 EUR/month+ yearly bonus depending on work performance

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an English-speaking secretary to assist and support our team of lawyers.

If you have good PC and typing skills, a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude and a willingness to work hard, this is a unique opportunity to become a member of our young dynamic team.

You will be expected to:
• open, review, and sort all incoming correspondence according to priority
• copy and distribute routine, as well as confidential, memos, letters and various legal documents
• work on legal documents (formatting), learning the various support function of the MS office and proficiency on word processing programs
• communication with third parties (including State and municipal authorities as well as private companies)
• schedule appointments, conferences, meetings and make travel arrangements, and prepare business itineraries
• keep current on the use of office equipment
• be able to ascertain matters of priority and urgency and be able to respond in a quick and efficient manner

We offer very good compensation and a friendly work environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, possibility of home office 1-2 days a week.
