  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 400 EUR/month

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; managing filing systems
* Invoicing (no prior experience with invoicing needed)
* Research venues, suppliers and negotiate terms and prices in accordance with budget constraints
*Manage and coordinate all event's details such as seating, catering, rooms, equipment, guest list
* Preparing conference materials
* Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
* Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
* Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
* Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
* Attending conferences, traveling

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

* Knowledge of office procedures and methods including communications, office systems, and record keeping is an advantage
* Knowledge of business communication, both verbal and written, including styles and formats of letters
* Advanced Microsoft Office

* Must be able to maintain strictest confidence
