Job description, responsibilities and duties

The ideal candidate should have a broad background in Operations Management, Quality Management and Business Development. Ideally in an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing or quality support service environment

Key Skills
• Creative skills. Whether it is seeing new ways existing opportunities could be developed, or finding completely new routes to market, creative thinking is essential for the role.
• Analytical skills. Budget and business performance
• Must have strong communication skills. They are required in order to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved. Must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence in order to gain new clients. Languages Slovak, English and German (preferable)
• Negotiation skills with multi-national buyers.
• Goal-focused on development and performance targets.
• Organisational skills. Proven experience as quality manager with sales
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods

• Degree in relevant field
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (IATF 16949, ISO 9000, VDA 6, Lead Assessor etc.)

• General business development
• Finance and budgetary control of sales opportunities
• Pipeline development with group network
• RFQ / RFI Tender response
• Project management, contract review and due diligence
• Operational compliance to Aktrion QMS
• Business KPI development, monitoring, corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Customer satisfaction monitoring and continuous improvement
• Key legal and ethical policy implementation and compliance
• ARROW sales and roll out across all sites.
• Business development – up sales / cross sales – new sectors
