Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales manager who will be able to exceed the sales targets through high performance and positive approach. This is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to improve sales skills in a dynamic working environment. Sales manager will be working closely with Partners, Presales, Marketing and other AgeVolt teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Work as a true sales hunter, generating and following up on leads and creating interest in AgeVolt solution offerings
-Identify potential customers and partners
-Qualify leads generated from existing contacts, Marketing campaigns, trade shows and other contacts
-Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
-Negotiate and successfully close deals in a co-ordination with the key stakeholders such as presales, solution design, service delivery, marketing, and product development.
-Develop, continuously improve and actively apply competitive sales knowledge and sales tools
-Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline
-Provide ongoing feedback to the management team on opportunities, product/solution enhancement requirements, competition, and pricing.
-Provide sales-specific support to business partners – mainly deal qualification, sales campaign planning, presentations, negotiations
-Extensive travel may be required
