##What will your responsibilities be?##

• to assure that CS is properly developed and validated within agreed Adient and customer milestones.
• be able to identify, escalate into Adient & Customer Eng community, finally resolve all product issues that prevent or delay product validation
• timely engage Eng experts (COC’s, SMTE’s, testing etc), manufacturing & Quality teams to get proper support
• To present during Adient & customer meetings all relevant tech issues & associated tactical plans to fix it

##Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?##

• Technical education (Dipl. Ing., Bachelor of Science or Master of Science, mechanical engineering) or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanic and materials specs, able to understand drawing and Des&toll (GD&T)
• Strong “problem solving” capability,
• Able to effectively communicate and interface between the plant, customer, suppliers and SDT.
• Motivated to learn about product, manufacturing, quality.
• Possibly experienced on CAD (Catia) utilization (but is not a must)
• Language skills: Local language and fluent English

• strong attitude to deliver in complex environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively summarize & deliver information
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload, creating personal plans to manage workload
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive professional relationships with Adient and Customer organization.
• Open to travel to customer and Adient facilities to support launch and problem solving

• Base monthly salary starting from 1800 Eur gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
